Our story begins with a shared dream between husband and wife and a commitment to guiding individuals towards a path of self-discovery and mental well-being. With combined experience of over 10 years in the mental health field, we believe in an individualized approach to each new client and circumstance - because there is no such thing as 'one-size-fits-all' in mental health. We have a shared passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's complexities and bring a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and collaboration to our counseling sessions and intensives.
